HSS Twist Drill Bit Set PointTeQ

The HSS twist drill bit PointTeQ allows fast drilling in metal due to the PointTeQ design at the tip. Quick and easy centring is possible because the self-centring tip prevents slipping. The higher drilling speed produces less heat and wear. The PointTeQ tip stays sharp and is suitable for continuous use. This drill bit is made for through holes and centring holes in alloyed and unalloyed steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron and plastic. The shaft is cylindrical (shaft diameter equals drill bit diameter). It is used with drill stands and cordless drills.

There is a low risk of breakage, especially for drill bits under 6 mm in diameter, as the bit is made with a highly elastic body. The black oxide-coated flute helps to remove chips quickly. The HSS twist drill bit PointTeQ is manufactured according to DIN 338. The drill bit is Type N (small side rake angle) with a tip angle of 135 degrees.
